The author explores the concept of an electronic information carrier that is not regulated in criminal procedure law. The article discusses the types of electronic storage media that may contain electronic evidence of crime. The revealed signs of electronic information carriers made it possible to conclude that in criminal proceedings, an electronic information medium must be understood as a material medium that is used to record, store and play electronic information processed using electronic computers. This definition is proposed to be included in Art. 5 Code of Criminal Procedure.

Keywords: electronic storage medium, electronic trace, criminal proceedings.

Скачать в PDFСкачать

Читать далее

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false
_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
[30
31,20
post-1010","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-nomer3s","tag-13-2020","tag-20
["GET
