ANALYSIS OF CRIMINAL ACTS OF WOMEN IN THE SOCIAL SPHERE

Women’s crime is a natural phenomenon. One of the possible reasons for this is the development of technological progress and the equalization of women in labor rights with men. The change in the political and economic formation from feudal to capitalist turned the labor foundations upside down and forced women to reorient themselves towards the production of material values. This is one of the circumstances that provoke cardinal changes in female psychology and give rise to criminal acts of women in the social sphere.

Women have begun to be actively involved in labor relations, but at the same time, it is they who, in the vast majority of cases, are involved in raising children and organizing family life, as a result of which they have limited leisure time. Previously, labor activity was carried out mainly by men, and a woman had the opportunity to deal exclusively with the household. This established tradition is opposed to the modern state of affairs.

The conducted research suggests that the phenomenon of female crime in the domestic sphere, as well as an analysis of its causes and dynamics, requires a more thorough study in order to improve the prevention of female crime.
