Dyabdenkov<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">National Research Mordovia State University,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saransk, Russia, e-mail: edik.dyabdyonkov@yandex.ru<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PROBLEM ISSUES OF CONSIDER AND PERMISSIONS OF INVESTIGATOR&#8217;S PETITION ON THE CHOICE OF PREVENTIVE MEASURE OF REMAND IN CUSTODY ON EXAMPLES OF JUDICIAL PRACTICE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this article, the author considers certain problems in the practice of considering and resolving the investigator&#8217;s petitions for choosing a preventive measure in the form of remand in custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results of the study are based on statistical data on the activities of the courts for 2021. Situations are analyzed when the court does not properly assess and verify the validity of a person\u2019s suspicion of his involvement in the commission of an act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The author noted such a shortcoming of the criminal procedure law as the absence of a specific norm, which would establish a closed or open form of the court session when considering the petition of the investigator.
