Based on the data of the sociological study it is shown that most rural residents feel happy, their satisfaction with certain parameters of current employment is higher than that of urban residents. Subjective well-being of rural residents is conditioned by a favourable socio-psychological environment in the process of labour activity, as well as by the peculiarities of labour values. Unhappy respondents are dissatisfied with their own labour successes, the correspondence of work to their personal abilities and qualities.

Keywords: subjective well-being, rural residents, rural areas, job satisfaction, life satisfaction

snip-3-2023-25-35Скачать

Читать далее

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false
_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
[58
59,21
post-1760","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-n3-2023","tag-3-2023","tag-21
["GET
