REALISATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PLANS AS A FACTOR OF SOCIAL WELL-BEING OF STUDENT YOUTH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The article deals with the relationship between the implementation of professional and educational plans when entering a university and the current social well-being of students. The study is based on the data from an interregional sociological survey of student youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four groups of young people were identified by ranking according to the index of social well-being. It was found that with the improvement of social well-being the share of respondents who entered the desired university and the desired speciality increases. These students are more optimistic about their future employment. They are more oriented towards their speciality than others and have no doubts that they will find a decent job. Among students with poor social well-being there are widespread fears about future employment, possible low wages and the prospect of working outside their speciality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
