RISING THE STATE FEE: ECONOMIC NECESSITY OR JUDICIAL WORKLOAD REGULATION MECHANISM?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the last decade, there has been a tendency for the judicial workload to increase, which has a negative impact on the quality of justice. Addressing this issue necessitates the exploration of new approaches and tools to alleviate the workload. This problem has been the focus of extensive scientific debate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This article is devoted to the increase in state fees as a potential mechanism for regulating the workload of the judicial system. The expected consequences of this approach are analyzed, with particular attention given to its impact on access to justice for various categories of citizens, as well as the optimization of the work of judicial bodies. The article also proposes alternative measures that will help reduce the courts\u2019 workload without compromising their financial stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The author concludes that the solution to the problem of high workload on the courts requires a comprehensive approach. Only through the combined implementation of proposed mechanisms and instruments can the number of court appeals be reduced, and thereby alleviating the workload on the judicial system. In addition, it is necessary to actively support and develop alternative dispute resolution procedures. These procedures must be made accessible and appealing to a broad audience. Moreover, alternative dispute resolution procedures have the potential to serve as a foundation for creating new mechanisms that enhance the efficiency of the courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
