ЗАРУБЕЖНЫЙ ОПЫТ ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЙ ВЫСШЕГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ С ИЗБИРАТЕЛЬНЫМИ КОМИССИЯМИ РАЗЛИЧНЫХ УРОВНЕЙ
Сегодня и в России, и в мире молодежь и ее взгляды наконец-то оказались в центре внимания власти и политических сил. Это произошло в силу того, что молодежь, оставленная один на один с потоком разнонаправленной информации из интернет-пространства, закрылась и от «врослых» проблем, и от самих взрослых. Однако для того, чтобы обеспечить расширенное социальное воспроизводство, необходимо готовить молодежь к самореализации и ориентировать ее на позитивные изменения социальной среды.
По результатам проведенного исследования автор сформулировал вывод о необходимости пересмотра модели взаимодействия ВУЗов и избирательных комиссий в целях повышения уровня электоральной активности молодежи, а также разработал примерный алгоритм действий на региональном уровне.

FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF INTERACTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS WITH ELECTION COMMISSIONS OF DIFFERENT LEVELS
Today, young people and their views are finally at the center of attention of the authorities and political forces of the country, not only in Russia, but throughout the world. This happened due to the fact that, left alone with the flow of multidirectional information from the Internet space, young people were closed both from «adult» problems, and from the adults themselves. However, in order to ensure extended social reproduction, it is necessary to prepare young people for self-realization and orient them towards positive changes in the social environment.
In this regard, various forms of involving young people in social and political life, increasing their legal literacy are becoming relevant. Both educational organizations and election commissions are interested in these processes.
Based on the results of the study, the author formulated a conclusion about the need to revise the model of interaction between universities and election commissions in order to increase the level of electoral activity of young people, and also developed an approximate algorithm of actions that all regions must adhere.
